  • Founded in 1996 as a merger of several local law firms in Berlin, Düsseldorf and Hamburg

  • Extended in 1998 with the addition of the Cologne office

  • 2006: addition of the Frankfurt am Main and Wiesbaden offices

  • Legal form: registered professional partnership
